The hotel's history dates back to 1933 when it was opened as a first pension in Fužine. In 2007, it went through complete renovation and was reopened as a four-star hotel. Today, Hotel Bitoraj continues a long tradition of being the best hotel for those wanting to experience Kvarner's magical highland.
The hotel's restaurant is famous for its menu of authentic food, prepared right in front of you at the open fireplace. Veal and lamb are in the restaurant's daily offer, and for lovers of winter highland food, there is the famous local ‘Buncek', ‘Krvavica' and sausages with smoked cabbage.
The hotel's entrance has been designed for easy access and has a lift. In addition, Hotel Bitoraj also has a room fully standardized for guests with special needs.
