Farmhouse Oraj

The Farmhouse Casa Oraj is a renovated rustic house hidden amidst the untouched greenery above Lovran on the slopes of the Učka Mountain. Situated 375 m above the sea, this retreat offers an unforgettable view of Kvarner Bay.

At Farmhouse Oraj, the quiet atmosphere is only disturbed by birdsongs and the sound of the gentle breeze. The house has a capacity to accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for small groups and family vacations. Oraj offers a peaceful stay in a traditional Mediterranean rural environment amidst the tranquil environs of the Mountain of Učka.

The Casa Oraj is surrounded by terraced land with dry stonewalls. This unique manor estate also has a Mediterranean garden with flowers, trees and vegetables so that the guests have an opportunity to indulge in gardening. Furthermore, they can also use the vegetables and fruit from the garden for their own cooking.

Children under five years of age can stay with their parents free of charge.
Baby cots are provided free of charge.

For cancellations made:
- 30 days before arrival: 30 % of total price will be charged
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 60 % of total price will be charged
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 80 % of total price will be charged
- 7 to 0 days before arrival: 100 % of total price will be charged.

Pets are allowed. Supplementary charges of €17 per pet per day will apply.
